Part Time Customer Experience Associate

Job Summary

If you have an interest in people, a desire to learn and want to gain an understanding of the life insurance and annuity industry we may have the role for you. We are currently looking for Part Time Customer Experience Associates who are good listeners, have great communication skills and a strong desire to help others. Our Customer Experience Center serves as the primary point of contact for policyholders. This team facilitates activities on behalf of the clients and gains broad insight into Americo and the industry. Our goal is to provide best in class service to our clients via phone calls and emails, while enabling our team to explore Americo’s opportunities.

We offer a formal training program, along with live, in-person and chat support to aide in your success and the customers experience. Specialized industry courses are offered as well as the opportunity to meet with and shadow in other areas.

The next training class begins on April 6, 2026.

Part Time Associates are expected to be in office for training, which will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm for approximately 10 weeks. Following training, the associate will work remotely with the exception of one day per month.
